First Class

  • The first class is always complimentary 

  • All adult classes  are designed for adults with a minimum age of 14

  • Youth/Kids self defense classes age group two 5-13

Dynamic Variable Resistance Training

Dynamic Variable Resistance Training (DVRT™) is the most natural way to train. Why? The DVRT program and Ultimate Sandbag are designed to meet the way the body naturally moves. This means it can accommodate any fitness level and possess endless versatility. 

Essentials of Krav Maga:

This class is designed for students with no back ground in martial arts, previous training, de-conditioned, or anyone who prefers a slower paced class. This class is also ideal for more advanced students who want to refine their skills. This class will take more time to explain self-defense concepts, and work at a slower pace to help students build up to a higher level of physically and mental conditioning. This class can be taken as a stand alone class or in conjunction with Krav Maga fundamentals.                                                                           

 Krav Maga Fundamentals:

This class is designed for all levels of martial art experience.  Weather this is your very first Krav Maga class, or if you are a professional mixed martial  artists students will find that they will be able to learn valuable life saving skills against violent attacks.                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Advanced Krav Maga:

Advanced  Krav Maga is eligible to student's Who have earned the Rank of Yellow Belt. This class is for students who want to take Krav Maga to the next level. This is a full-contact class that will push students  mentally and physically. 

Krav Maga Submission Grappling :

This class address the need of realistic ground fighting with resistance. This class takes the best aspects of catch wrestling, Judo, Sambo, and BJJ, and directly integrates these techniques with a  Krav Maga self-defense tactical mindset. 

Krav Maga Striking

This class is designed to improve striking skills,  physical fitness, and conditioning.  This class takes the best aspects of Boxing, Muay Thai, and Savate and intergrates these techniques directly into Krav Maga with a self-defense tactical mind set. 

Intermediate Striking/Grappling

These classes are open to everyone they are drilled at a higher work rate with more sparring rounds at the end of the class.  

Youth Self Defense

This class is designed to teach kids and teens how to defend themselves against bullies. Students will become physically fit, build confidence, increase focus, and become better young citizens in all aspects of life.
